Norman Silberdick is Senior Partner of Aspen Consulting Group and manages the Merger & Acquisition, Corporate Development and Financial Management consulting activities. Mr. Silberdick is the former Chairman and CEO of CompuDyne Corporation and Corcap, Inc., two OTC companies.

Mr. Silberdick previously managed his own consulting firm for 16 years, specializing in capital formation, turnarounds and corporate development and has completed many acquisitions during his career. He held executive positions with Hoague-Sprague Corporation, Sun Chemical Corporation and The Singer Company. Mr. Silberdick has been an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire System and previously taught at Keene State College where he was Distinguished Teacher in 1983.

Mr. Silberdick attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BS in Accounting from New York University and an MBA in Finance from the City University of New York.

Mr. McKibbin is Senior Partner and responsible for Aspen Executive Search. Mr. McKibbin attained a BS degree in both Economics and Marketing in 1970 from Rutgers University with continuing studies towards an MBA.

Mr. McKibbin’s career in executive search began when he joined the firm of MRI International at their Executive Search division in New Jersey. He was Manager of the New Jersey office in 1974 and then General Manager over multiple branch offices in 1978. In 1980 he formed NEI Consulting, working exclusively with manufacturers in the building products industries and in 1990 expanded into the field of mergers and acquisitions by forming Aspen International Group, Inc. with his new Partner, Norman Silberdick.

Mr. McKibbin is involved with the strategic information services, as well as being in charge of the Aspen Executive Search office in Toms River, NJ, which handles sales, marketing and executive level management search assignments and our affiliate offices in Columbia, SC and Chagrin Falls, Ohio, which handle search assignments for manufacturing and other executive management personnel.

Tom Morrow is responsible for marketing consulting projects involved with strategic planning, new product development and sales management evaluation. 

Mr. Morrow joined Aspen in 2000 after having been Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Chelsea Building Products, a major vinyl window profile extruder, as well as a member of its Board of Directors. 

Previously, Mr. Morrow had been with Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation for 21 years having held a variety of senior marketing and sales positions including National Sales Manager and National Marketing Manager. While at OCF, Mr. Morrow helped in the developing of the well known image of the "Pink Panther" as the advertising spokesman for the company. 

Mr. Morrow holds a BA in Public Administration from Michigan State University and completed post graduate courses at the University of Virginia, Stanford and the University of Michigan. 

Mr. Morrow also has served in the US Army as a Captain and has been a past School Board President and member of his Hospital's Board of Trustees.
