Norman McKibbin is the Senior Partner at Aspen and is responsible for both M&A and Executive Search. Mr. McKibbin attained a BS degree in both Economics and Marketing in 1970 from Rutgers University with continuing studies towards his MBA in Business.

Mr. McKibbin’s career in executive search began when he joined the firm of MRI International at their Executive Search Division in New Jersey. He began as Manager of the New Jersey office in 1974 and later was promoted to General Manager over multiple branch offices in 1978. In 1980 he left to form NEI Consulting, working exclusively with manufacturers in the building products industries and in 1990 expanded his company into the field of mergers and acquisitions by taking on partners to form Aspen International Group, Inc.

Mr. McKibbin handles all strategic information services, as well Executive Search projects out of our Toms River, NJ. office. He is also in charge of all executive level management search projects handled by our office in Columbia, SC.

William Schreck is an Associate Partner of Aspen and is responsible for National Executive Search projects at all levels. Mr. Schreck has attained a BA degree from Providence College, Providence, RI, in 1969 and has attended numerous executive industry classes and seminars during his 35 years of experience within executive search and other professions.

Mr. Schreck`s career in the Executive Search industry began upon joining MRI International in 1975 and his early years of concentration were within the printing industries. Later on, Mr. Schreck established his own firm, which he operated successfully up until 1998 when he divested of his firm to a larger industry factor.

Mr. Schreck joined Aspen during 1998 as Manager of the Southern Region, based out of our Columbia, SC office. Mr. Schreck is responsible for all Executive Search projects within the building product manufacturing industries, at all management levels and professional skills.
